1. What we are. SomeoneToday is an introduction platform. We connect customers with independent providers. The contract for the work is between you and the provider.

2. Same-day fee. Where a same-day fee is charged, it is shown before you submit. It is refunded automatically if no provider accepts your request.

3. Providers. Providers are independent businesses responsible for their own work, pricing, insurance and conduct. We vet identity and stated credentials but do not guarantee workmanship.

4. Cancellations. You can cancel a request before it is accepted at no cost. After acceptance, the provider may charge a call-out fee if they have already set off.

5. Reviews. Reviews must be honest and relate to a job arranged through SomeoneToday.

6. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to any fee you paid us for the request in question.
