We collect your name, contact details, postcode and the details of your request so that we can send it to providers who cover your area. Providers who accept your request receive your name, phone number and the address you give.

We use email and SMS to keep you updated about your request. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete your account and requests at any time by emailing us.

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
